My team-building workshops draw on professional theatre, co-active coaching and 20 years of training and teaching, so teams have fun together and also go back to work communicating better, trusting each other more and feeling more confident.
Every experience is tailored to your team’s goals, size and culture, and can run as a half-day or full-day session, at your offices, at a venue of your choice, or as part of a company retreat.

I lived in the UAE for 20 years. Over that time I produced and managed theatre events, including bringing West End productions for children to the UAE and coordinating touring companies from the UK. That meant handling everything from venues and suppliers to logistics, travel and accommodation. I now live in Cyprus, and I know the island, its venues and its people well.

Stronger Together
Drawing on co-active coaching techniques, this reflective, interactive session helps your team understand each other on a deeper level. Through guided conversations and coaching exercises, participants explore their individual strengths, values and communication styles, and how these fit together as a team. Together, they create a shared “team agreement” setting out how they want to work, support each other and succeed. The result is greater trust, smoother collaboration and fewer misunderstandings. It’s ideal for new or growing teams, teams going through change, or any team ready to work together more effectively.

Cyprus Island Monologues
Inspired by the stories and character of the island, this creative theatre experience invites your team to explore character, voice and storytelling before bringing short monologues to life in front of their colleagues. With supportive coaching every step of the way, even the quietest team members find the confidence to step forward and be heard. Along the way, colleagues discover new sides to each other, build trust and empathy, and strengthen their communication and presentation skills, all in an uplifting and memorable setting. No acting experience is needed.

Improvisation for Leadership
In this energising, laughter-filled workshop, your team takes part in a series of improv games and challenges that get everyone thinking on their feet, listening closely and building on each other’s ideas with a “Yes, and…” mindset. In a safe and playful space, people let go of the fear of getting it wrong and discover how to respond with confidence when things don’t go to plan. Teams leave more creative, adaptable and open to new ideas, with stronger listening skills and a greater sense of trust and connection, which are exactly the qualities great leaders and teams need in a fast-changing world.

Make a Play in Day
From blank page to standing ovation, all in one day. Your team works together to create, rehearse and perform an original short play, guided by a professional actor and theatre producer. Everyone finds their role, whether writing, directing, designing or performing, so there’s a place for every personality. Under a real deadline, teams practise the skills that matter most at work: collaboration, creative problem-solving, clear communication and delivering under pressure. The day ends with a live performance for colleagues, a shared achievement that brings real pride, plenty of laughter and memories your team will talk about for a long time.
Lunch and refreshment breaks keep everyone energised from first rehearsal to final bow.
Giving Back to Our Coastline
Make a real difference together. Your team spends the morning cleaning a stretch of the beautiful Cyprus or UAE coastline, working side by side to protect the environment and give back to the local community. In the afternoon, a guided coaching session helps the team reflect on what they achieved, what it means to work towards a shared purpose, and how that spirit can carry back into the workplace. This purpose-led experience boosts morale, strengthens team spirit and shows your organisation’s values in action, with a measurable environmental impact you can share in your sustainability reporting.
