Welcome, for over 20 years, I’ve helped adults and children find their voice. I’m a professional actress, a certified CPCC Co- Active coach and an HRDA EU accredited Life Long learning trainer. I bring together the techniques of the stage and the insight of coaching to help people and teams communicate with confidence, clarity and presence.

Again and again, I’ve seen how quickly people transform once they have the right tools. My aim is always confidence that is real, and that lasts well beyond the training room.

From crafting your speech or presentation to delivering it with poise, I’ll guide you every step of the way. My one-to-one coaching covers public speaking, interviews, pitches and confidence building, for professionals at every stage.

Why work with me

The stage. I trained at Drama Studio London and hold a BA (Hons) in Professional Performance from De Montfort University. I also hold the LAMDA Teachers’ Licentiate and am represented by RWG Management. I know first-hand what it feels like to stand in front of an audience, and how to turn nerves into energy. I share practical stage and screen techniques that work just as well in a boardroom: voice, body language, presence, connection and storytelling.

The coaching. As a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), with a qualification accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), I look beyond technique. We work on the nerves, self-doubt and limiting beliefs that hold people back, so confidence grows from the inside out.

The corporate experience. I spent several years in the United Arab Emirates delivering training and coaching for leading organisations, including Jaguar Land Rover, Audi Middle East, Porsche, Sanipex Group and Media Interactive Agency. Working across many cultures taught me to adapt every session so it is practical, engaging and relevant to the business.
