Presenting with Presence, Clarity and Credibility

Presenting with Presence, Clarity & Credibility - 3 Day Training Programme
Speak so that people listen, understand and believe you.

What participants will do

  • Explore the psychology of public speaking: what nerves really are, and how to work with the body instead of against it.

  • Learn diaphragmatic breathing, grounding and posture techniques used by professional actors to stay calm and composed.

  • Practise reframing anxious thoughts, so nerves become energy rather than a threat.

  • Shape a clear, memorable message using proven structures, strong openings and high-impact endings.

  • Discover practical ways to read the room, invite questions and handle difficult moments with ease.

  • Warm up the voice and body, and work with pitch, pace, power and the pause.

  • Build, rehearse and deliver their own presentation, with structured and supportive feedback.

What participants will gain

  • Confidence to stand up and speak, whether in a meeting, a pitch or on stage.

  • Control over nerves, using techniques they can use in the last sixty seconds before they speak.

  • Clarity: a message their audience can follow, remember and act on.

  • Presence: a steady voice, open body language and quiet conviction.

  • Credibility, built through structure, evidence and visible command of their material.

  • Audience engagement skills to hold attention from the first line to the last.

  • Composure under pressure when facing questions, interruptions and unexpected moments.

How your organisation benefits

  • Greater visibility of talent: employees who can communicate their work so it is recognised.

  • More influence in key rooms: clearer, more persuasive contributions in meetings and decision-making.

  • Stronger client impact: pitches and presentations that build trust and win business.

  • Leadership readiness: emerging leaders equipped to speak with authority and inspire others.

  • Efficient communication: shorter, sharper presentations that lead to clear decisions and actions.

  • A confident culture: teams who speak up, share ideas and represent the organisation with pride.

Who it’s for

Anyone who presents, pitches or speaks up at work, from emerging talent to senior leaders, who wants to communicate with more confidence, clarity and impact.

A three-day programme delivered by Helena Panayis, a professionally trained actor, qualified acting coach and CPCC-certified coach. Helena combines theatre and vocal techniques with real-world corporate experience to create training that is practical, engaging and lasting.
