Eligibility for HRDA In-House Training
According to HRDA rules, participation in subsidised in-house training programmes is limited to employees of a single Cyprus company who receive a salary from the company and appear on the company's Social Insurance contribution statements. External participants or employees of other companies cannot participate in the same programme.
Planning and Notice Period
HRDA requires that applications for in-house training programmes be submitted at least three weeks before the training date.
Companies should therefore plan their training schedules well in advance to ensure eligibility for the subsidy.
Documents Required for HRDA Reimbursement
After the seminar is completed, the company must submit specific documentation to HRDA in order to receive the subsidy. These documents include:
Invoice and payment receipt issued by Centre Stage Communication
Invoice and payment receipt for the training venue, if the venue does not belong to the organising company
Proof of payment of Social Insurance contributions for the months during which the training programme took place
The Employment document (“Ergodotisi”) for each trainee generated from the ERGANI system of the Social Insurance Services
